The Cyprus Citizenship by Investment program was introduced in 2013 as a means to encourage foreign direct investment and bolster the nation's economy following the financial crisis. Under this program, qualified investors and their families can obtain Cypriot citizenship by making a significant investment in the country. The fundamental idea of the program revolves around applicants investing in real estate, government bonds, alternative investment funds, or Cypriot companies. Consequently, they acquire Cypriot citizenship within a few months (typically around 6 months), extending to all family members, including parents.

Investment Options

In the initial phase, you'll need to choose your investment option to pursue Cyprus citizenship. Contract Signing

After choosing your investment option, you'll be required to sign the corresponding contract (e.g., property purchase contract). Application Preparation & Submission

Application Approval

3 Months

Following a positive decision, you'll need to remit a EUR 5,000 fee for each adult applicant.
